CONCEPTS & CASE STUDIES

During our research programmes; business concepts and case studies are developed to keep the direction and focus on the key objectives of the programme. Examples are as follows:

a) Health Care business concepts and case studies:
     (i) Patient Physician Interaction Project (PPIP), a concept for managing the 3ARMs of diabetes and other long-term diseases/illnesses. This case can also apply to Farmer-Veterinary Specialist relationship.
     (ii) Performance experience management systems e.g. based on balanced scorecard concept.

(b) Education business concepts and case studies:
      (i) ATM Libraries, a concept for accessing school reference material required by students for preparing homework or by teachers for preparing lessons this concept relates to societies where digital divide gaps are evident and wide.
     (ii) Education Shared Services, for example UESSCO (www.uescco.com) program.
